Refund policy

We only offer exchange / store credit for online sales and no refunds.

 

If you are not happy with your purchase, wish to exchange your item(s), please notify us by sending an email to thespottoronto@hotmail.com prior to returning your item(s). You can return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the shipment for a store credit or exchange.

Any returned goods must be in new, unused, unworn, unwashed condition with the tags still attached and original packaging.

To expedite exchange service, email us a photo of the defect. The replacement or store credit will be issued once the damaged / defective item has been received at our office and processed by our staff.

We will inspect all returned items carefully prior to making a final determination as to whether to issue a store credit or exchange. There are no exchanges If the item is not in new, unused condition, or if we cannot locate the damage or defect as the buyer described.
